Job Overview:
Duties:
- Answer and direct phone calls from tenants and contractors with professionalism and courtesy
- Help with the ongoing maintenance programmes with Estate cottages
- Help check and process invoices and hourly payroll sheets
- Provide administrative support to Highclere team members and contractors
- Liaise with the Castle and farm offices as needed
- Help with some Highclere Castle events as required
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience with MS Office and spreadsheets
- Enthusiasm and adaptability is key
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
We are looking for someone to join a small office team willing to turn their hand to whatever each day brings.
Pay:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
