We are recruiting a Night Lead at Bowood Court & Mews Care Home Bowood Court & Mews is a lovely, 93 bed residential home in Enfield, Redditch offering award-winning affordable and high-quality care.

About the Night Lead role;

Salary up to
£28,000 Per Annum
40 hours a week

What we are looking for;

Previous Team Leader or Deputy Manager experience (essential)
NVQ4 in Direct Care is (essential)
Excellent literacy, numeracy and communications skills
Own car required and business miles paid
Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
Positive and caring attitude (essential)
