In Home Care Basingstoke was established in late 2022, we are a domiciliary company providing quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

We are a small actively growing company. and there will be plenty of opportunities to build up hours or progress in your career.

We pay 12.40 per hour up to 14.40 per hour - Time and half on Bank holidays

Requirements for our Care Assistants:

  • Good Verbal and Written English
  • A UK Driving license and access to a car.
  • Able to commit to work some time over the weekends.
  • Have a NFC compatible phone.
  • Live local to the Basingstoke area.

Responsibilities for our Care Assistants:

  • Provide high quality care and support to our clients. This can include, washing, dressing, light housekeeping, companionship and taking clients out
  • Administering medication and preparing meals.
  • Documenting all care and support provided and reporting back to their senior
  • Uphold the company values H.E.A.R.T (Honesty, Empathy, Accomplishment, Reliability Teamwork)
