Multi Skilled Joiner

Location:
North East Region

Salary:
£1- 17ph depending on experience

Working Hours:
Monday - Thurs 8:00 - 16:30 Friday

Total Construction NE Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Joiner to join our team working in void properties in a social sector with the occasional possibility of working in tenanted properties.

What we require?

Ideally have experience of working within a social housing / local authority environment with experience of void repairs
Be a strong communicator
Organised with the ability to plan and prioritise a varied workload to meet targets
Have the ability to diagnose maintenance problems and identify solutions
Be able to follow / identify maintenance and improvement works from work instructions
Have knowledge of a variety of construction methods and be able to undertake awork across a number of trades (desirable)
Will hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle if possible
