About Our Client:

Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Call Centre Advisor Position in Leeds

The role would be working for a reputable business within the Financial Services Sector that put Customer Service at the forefront of everything they do and have an excellent name within their market


As a Call Centre Advisor you will be first point of contact for any enquires coming in from clients ensuring all are dealt with promptly and escalated if needs be.


The Successful Applicant:

Ideally some Customer Service Experience this could be from hospitality or retail

Excellent telephone manner

The ability to work in a fast paced environment

Able to work towards strict deadlines and targets
