We are seeking an experienced and driven Chief Commercial Officer to join our rapidly growing global workforce.

In this dynamic position you will be responsible for the delivery of the commercial growth objectives of the Group across all regions and business lines ThinkMarkets operates in.

The current business lines include CFDs covering Equities, Commodities, Energies, Metals, and Indices. In addition, we offer Cash Equities, FX, and Crypto.


With direct oversight of the commercial team, you will be the driving force for formulating and leading user and revenue growth.

For this role, we will look to your domain knowledge in the industry to develop future market growth, increase our portfolio of innovative products and build the ThinkMarkets brand.


Responsibilities:


  • Formulate and lead global growth strategies
  • Ensuring commercial teams meet KPIs and SLAs
  • Ownership of the commercial policies and procedures
  • Accountability for the delivery user growth and client revenue
  • Ensuring a strong pipeline of new potential partners, professional and retail clients
  • Providing leadership and support for regional managers
  • Understand and adapt sales processes to comply with global regulations
  • Manage existing key commercial relationships and issue resolution
  • Participate in related industry, partner, and client events
  • Provide daytoday leadership
  • Present opportunities and feedback to Senior Management
  • Implement training plans focused on developing and reinforcing critical sales competencies
  • Recommend and implement changes to the company's sales technology capabilities
  • Ensure compliance of sales and business functions so that they remain within regulatory bodies and internal brand guidelines
  • Ongoing competitor analysis
  • Creating management reports, documenting meetings and management decisions

Requirements:


  • Masters or bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership in a global capacity covering multiple markets and asset classes.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the financial services trading or wealth management industry covering Retail and Corporate clients.
  • Experience managing a team of more than 5 direct reports
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience in using Tableau, or other enterprise CRM systems including but not limited to Salesforce.
  • Extensive experience in managing professional and institutional clients is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced level verbal and written English language skills in communicating with a global audience.
  • Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of both regulated and emerging market/frontier regions
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Indepth understanding of transactional workflows for Margin FX, CFDs and Cash Equities covering multiple asset classes from Equities, Commodities, Energies, Metals, and Indices
  • Must be a team player with experience communicating with key stakeholders and multitasking in a fastpaced global environment
  • Strong interest and knowledge of financial markets
  • Advanced domain knowledge of retail and institutional trading platforms including but not limited to order types, charting, order execution and pricing.
