Axon Moore is partnering with an exciting SME and their Finance Director in Lytham to find a strong Financial Controller who can lead their finance function forwards.

Due to recent growth and a restructure, the Finance Director of this business is ready to appoint a strong right hand person in a newly created role.

The role should bolster the offering of the existing finance team and create more capacity to focus on addingvalue beyond the month end reporting.

There is a lot of scope to push and develop this role over time and it'll be an excellent long term position.

This a complex SME so will suit a strong technical accountant familiar with leading finance teams, running complex month end closures, consolidating subsidiary accounts, and developing reporting to a high standard.
