An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Material Controller Team Leader in the Supply Chain Flying Hours Agreements (FHA) Team.

This is an incredibly varied role involving working collaboratively with all our internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers globally.


The Material Controller Team Leader within the FHA Team is responsible for managing our contracted spares as well as a team of buyers responsible for the end to end process of delivering material required for both planned and unplanned maintenance in the UK and at various worldwide MROs.

Your key stakeholders will be our technical, planning and quality teams and due to the operational nature of the role you will also need to be able to work collaboratively with production.

You will need strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as good analytical capability.
