Description

A global travel organisation are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Business Analyst with a background in data to join their growing team, and support their various brands and technical teams in delivering great data solutions.

They're based in Central London and operate a hybrid working model, where you'd come into the office 2 days per week.

It's a really exciting time to join this company as they're embarking on a huge digital transformation to modernise their technical set-up - in the "data" area specifically, they are beginning to look at building a centralised reporting capability, which is what this brand-new role will focus on

Currently, a number of different reporting tools are being used across various teams and regions, and the ultimate goal is to standardise reporting so that it can be managed centrally, and provide a single source of truth.

In this role, you will be using your analytical skills to understand their current data and reporting set-up, including complex data flows and the logic behind these.

After setting up governance and documentation around this, a self-service reporting tool will be selected, and you will then work closely with the technical data engineering and reporting teams to facilitate the implementation of this.

The idea is that in the longer-term, you will have built up the expertise to ultimately become the SME and Product Owner for this business area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically-minded BA to get stuck into the complexities of this organisations current data set-up and facilitate the introduction of an efficient self-serve solution.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Business Analyst roles
  • Analytical skills including data lineage, data mapping, process mapping
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • Clear passion and enthusiasm for your work

Benefits:

  • Salary of up to £65,0000 depending on experience
  • Excellent flexible working options
  • Access to private healthcare
  • Industryrelated discounts
  • Lots of social events
