RME Consultants are working with a business in the Chinnor area to find a Sales Administrator to join their growing team. Are you a team player who has previous office based experience? THIS ROLE OFFERS CAREER PROGRESSION

Role:
Sales Administrator


Salary:
£25,000 - £26,000 per annum


Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, Full time office based

Main Duties for the Sales Administrator:

Oversee and manage the main mailbox, promptly addressing customer inquiries, order requests, and delivery inquiries
:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring thorough documentation and system entry
:

Handle inbound customer quote requests, coordinate pricing with the Sales Team, and promptly send quotes to customers
:

Manage tasks related to support actions following Regional Sales Managers' visits, including order processing, query resolution, sample sending, and pipeline management
:

-
Set up special customer prices and new customer accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding
:

Process inbound sample requests and coordinate follow-up by the Sales Team:

Manage customer merchandising requests through the Sales Support pipeline
:

-
Track and update customer delivery statuses, promptly addressing any issues or delays
:

-
Provide professional assistance to customers via inbound calls, addressing questions and concerns courteously
:

-
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information
:

Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
:

-
Prepare customer price lists and manage personal task lists to ensure timely completion of daily tasks
:

Support the Head of Customer Success with ad-hoc tasks to enhance the overall customer experience.

Experience required for the Sales Administrator:

Exhibit a pleasant telephone demeanour and outstanding communication abilities, adept at expressing ideas clearly and engaging customers in conversation
