Data & Sample Room Clerk


The Mansfield site (East Midlands) is currently looking to recruit a Data & Sample Room Clerk working in the divisional Sample Room.

The role will be predominately based in the sample room which is within the warehouse building.

You will be responsible for maintaining stock levels in the sample room - requesting samples from Carlisle & Mansfield production sites and ordering packaging.


From sample request you will pack samples according to current company specifications and ship to customers, keeping stock report up to date.

You will be responsible for the creation of UPS labels for parcels and raising purchase orders to cover the shipments.


In this role you will also support the Reprographics department by raising purchase orders for the Proofing Studio and inputting data into Flowzone.

You will also be required to support with any general administration tasks for the New Product Development (NPD) and Reprographics departments.


Because of the unique nature of the Promotional Packaging business the sample room is an integral part of our Sales and NPD teams showcase to current and potential customers.


As part of a small established team you will be need to be a team player who is able to communicate clearly at all levels and work unsupervised.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£10,400.00 per year
