Description

The Belgrave Hotel, Tenby is looking for a Server to join our team. We are a family owned and operated hotel & restaurant in Tenby. We have a great team of people that are fun, hardworking, and dedicated to making our guests happy.

We have an opening for a Server at our restaurant in Tenby that will begin ASAP.

We are looking for people that are passionate about food, hospitality, and the restaurant industry

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting and seating customers

Taking orders and communicating with kitchen staff during orders
Preparing food and beverages according to customers' requests
Assisting servers with maintaining restaurant cleanliness
Taking food and beverages out of the fridge or back bar and placing them in front of customers according to customers' requests
Restocking supplies/foods as needed throughout the day
Assisting barista with maintaining restaurant cleanliness as needed (e.g. taking out trash)
Preparing checks (e.g. writing menus, writing prices) and submitting them to the kitchen staff at the end of the shift when necessary
Closing the restaurant at the end of the day and cleaning up the front of the restaurant (e.g. sweeping/ mopping)
Other duties as assigned by management (e.g. cleaning), or if circumstances warrant such an action.

Requirements
:
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs, have dexterity fingers hands, be able to stand for long periods of time, have knowledge of cash handling procedures, and be able to speak, read, write and understand English fluently.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 15-40 per week

Salary:
£11.10 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 15 per week
