Description
This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a Global Property company in Manchester City Centre. This is a FTC role for 9 months with a chance of becoming Perm. This is a busy and varied Administration role which will involve PA support and Secretarial duties.


Salary:
£25-27,000


Location:
Manchester City Centre


The role:

  • Supporting feeearners and partners with Secretarial/PA duties.
  • Diary Management.
  • Booking internal and external meetings.
  • Organising lunches/refreshments.
  • Assisting with payroll admin such as timesheets.
  • Liaising with partners on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Providing support within other areas of the business.
  • Helping to draft and submit fee proposals on behalf of partner.
  • Managing data.
  • Liaising with the billing coordinator in respect of Credit and Re-Issue requests.
  • An understanding of PO's and billing.
  • Professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fast and accurate typing (60wpm+).
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Selfmotivated.
