- leading alliance who work collaboratively with Anglian Water to deliver essential water and water recycling projects across the region?


If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a number of individuals to attend our Construction Operative Training School in Bury St Edmunds starting in October on a 9-week programme.

Within our Training School, you'll gain an understanding of who we, how we work and why we do what we do.

This opportunity is not only a chance for us to understand if you are right for us, but also for you to assess if we are the right organisation for your next career step.


In addition, whilst on the 9-week programme you can expect:
To learn and understand what our values and behaviours are

Begin to gain an understanding of our construction operations and how you can fit in

Understand and begin to develop the key skills required on our sites

Understand our customer service strategy and why it is so important

Appreciate the importance of Health & Safety in all what we do

Based from our site in Bury St Edmunds, our Training School is a great opportunity for those looking for their next career step.

During this training school, you'll be paid for your time.

If successful, you'll be employed by one of our seven alliance partners on a permanent contract.

We are looking for enthusiastic, willing and customer driven individuals who have a genuine passion and interest in pursuing a career within Construction.
