We are looking for amazing Front of House Team Members to join our team as we gear up for upcoming new opening in Bicester Village.


Recruitment Open Days: 23rd and 24th February at Bicester Village.


We are on the lookout for incredible Baristas, Bartenders, Hosts, Waiting teams, Runners and Shop Assistants to join us as we set out on our new venture in iconic Bicester Village.

Ottolenghi is a globally renowned name in the world of culinary hospitality.

We are a collection of restaurants and delis, specialising in a style of food which is rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean traditions, but which also draws in diverse influences and ingredients from around the world.


Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive and personalised service to guests, ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Ottolenghi's menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and special offerings (this includes allergens)
  • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently, collaborating with the kitchen to ensure a seamless service
  • Utilise your product knowledge to make recommendations and upsell menu items
  • Train and coach new colleagues in service, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformity to standards
  • Work closely with fellow team members, including back of house

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a FOH team member in a highend restaurant or fine dining establishment is preferred
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced and dynamic restaurant environment
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members
  • Taking pride in being a part of a friendly team. You will embody the Ottolenghi way and contribute to the success of service consistently
