What You'll Tackle:
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks
- Juggle priorities and keep the office running smoothly
- Be the gatekeeper of organisation and streamline processes
- Maintain and keep systems up to date
- Collaborate with technical team to support administrative aspects of project delivery
- Be the goto person for all administrative and systems queries
- Organise fun teambuilding events and company meetings
- Book travel and accommodation for staff
- Act as a Personal Assistant to executives
- Support senior managers on adhoc tasks
We're Looking For:
- Exceptional organisational and timemanagement skills
- Brilliant communication abilities a true people person
- Willingness and ability to learn
- Detailoriented administrator with a positive attitude
- Enthusiastic selfstarter, with ability to work with a minimum of supervision
