What You'll Tackle:


  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks
  • Juggle priorities and keep the office running smoothly
  • Be the gatekeeper of organisation and streamline processes
  • Maintain and keep systems up to date
  • Collaborate with technical team to support administrative aspects of project delivery
  • Be the goto person for all administrative and systems queries
  • Organise fun teambuilding events and company meetings
  • Book travel and accommodation for staff
  • Act as a Personal Assistant to executives
  • Support senior managers on adhoc tasks
