Looking for P/Time work ? maybe Semi retired or just have a spare few days a week?

We have the following vacancy.

Build Clerk of Works required for phase 2 of a retirement village just outside of Maidstone.

The development consists of approx. 50 new homes / apartments to the existing retirement development.

Leeds, Maidstone development due to commence April June 2024

Commencement based on one day per week.

April, May, June & July '2- one day per week
August '2- January '2- two days per week
February '2- July '2- three days per week

Scope of Works


The Clerk of Works role is a site-based role, the core duty of the role is to ensure that work is carried out to the clients standards, specifications and schedules and oversee the safe & efficient delivery of construction and quality throughout the Construction lifecycle by the Design & Build Contractor.


The role also offers technical support to the Technical Assessment Lead or Technical Assessment Team in order to drive successful delivery on all, works in terms of safety, quality, time and cost objectives.
