We are now recruiting for a Technical Operations Co-Ordinator to join our UK Retail Sales team. This role plays a pivotal part of the ongoing management of retailer own label products.

You will be based from our
Bristol offices, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week.
This role is
Full-Time and
Permanent.

Key responsibilities include:


  • To manage the endtoend New Product Set Up and Vintage Roll processes for commercial ownlabel customers.
  • Provide a single point of contact to manage the endtoend process for all customer NPD.
  • To project manage the new product set up and vintage roll processes for commercial team ownlabel customers, ensuring all processes are suitably tracked, products are set up correctly and that first productions happen on the target date.
  • Implement and manage a vintage roll alert process for all existing products such that the customer approval, specification and artwork processes start early enough that we avoid any out of stocks during the change in vintage.
  • Look for opportunities to provide synergies with other processes and existing copack customers that will provide benefits to both parties.
  • Ensure all the customer's specifications, artwork, reporting and documentation storage requirements are adequately met by the relevant portal.
  • Become the customer's go to individual to resolve all product technical issues so the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times.

What you'll bring:


  • Excellent communication skills, drive, selfmotivation and attention to detail.
  • An ability to work closely with a number of different and diverse teams ; finance, wine supply, scheduling, materials, inventory and compliance, representing the best interests of the customer at all times.
  • Previous experience in a food technologist role using product technical and artwork portals would be desirable
  • A desire to be part of a highperforming team.
  • Proactivity, excellent organisational skills and a passion for wine
