Undertake Electrical repairs and maintenance work to provide high quality "right first time" cost effective building services to the business and its customers.

Adhere to theSafety, Health and Environment Policy at all times


Essential Criteria:

  • Qualification at NVQ 3 or equivalent
  • Qualification City & Guilds 2361 part 1,2 and AM2 or equivalent
  • Qualification 17th / 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations
  • City & Guilds 239/1 Inspection and Testing or equivalent

Desirable Criteria:

  • Demonstrated ability to undertake associated trade tasks, assessed during

probationary period, for example:

  • Install electric shower
square

  • Fix / Grout Ceramic tiles
  • Silicone seal around windows, doors and worktops
  • PASMA Qualification
  • Asbestos Awareness certificate
  • Ability to read Construction Drawings
  • Experience of working within a Social Housing environmen
