To support our companies' ambitious growth targets, we are recruiting for this new position:

**THE ROLE: **You will be seen as a trusted advisor on all marketing and communications matters and will have regular meetings with the Senior Leadership team to understand and support the business strategy.

  • You will work with the Director of Marketing to set the UK Marketing strategy and align with the UK sales strategy
  • Responsible for leading the development of the marketing and communications plan, to support the ambition for growth.
  • Lead the development, design and implementation of lead generation marketing campaigns at a total brand and product specific level. This will require regular liaison with business and sales leads to identify target audiences, create campaign collateral (managingthe process flow with copywriters and designers through to publication where necessary) and select appropriate channels for delivery.

Responsible for developing and executing new product launch plans.

This will include the ability to identify product features and benefits and translate this into compelling copy and asset creation
:


  • Work with the Marketing Coordinator to identify, plan and deliver key business events, involving logistics management, client invitation process, creation of appropriate content and associated followup activity.
  • Ability to manage agency partners, including writing clear and compelling briefs, evaluating creative work and providing feedback.
  • Create, and regularly update, a content calendar.
  • Postcampaign followup for all marketing activity: proactively manage the lead management process to ensure leads associated with marketing activity are tracked via our CRM system (Dynamics) and can be used to demonstrate contribution to pipeline and bookings.
  • You will plan, manage, and deliver multiple marketing campaigns, events, and activities, using a variety of channels. This will include responsibility for setting and meeting campaign targets, tracking ROI in the CRM system, evaluating campaign results, andmaking recommendations for improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the brand in the market.

This will include the creation and digital distribution of content such as client wins, success stories, case studies and thought leadership.
