Is this role for you?
We have an exciting opportunity for an additional Sales Ledger professional, to join our expanding team. This is an exciting role within the Finance department of a fast paced food manufacturer.

You will be instrumental in supporting two companies within our group, key colleagues on site with volume invoice queries and ensuring ledgers are up to date.

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, your role will be to support the transactional running of the purchase ledger over our two companies.

Matching, batching and coding of invoices received

Processing high volumes of invoices and putting them onto the system

Liaising with Head Office supply chain and procurement for relevant supplier queries and authorisation

Compile and sending supplier statement reconciliations, resolve queries in a timely manner

Key Skills and Experience:
Excellent written and spoken communication

Experience of high volume invoice processing software

Minimum of 2 years administration experience

Ability to work under pressure and have a team player attitude

Strong attention to detail

Excellent numeracy, Literacy and IT skills

40 hours a week, paid weekly
100% office based.
Flexibility on start and finish time, office hours are between 7am and 5.30pm, but should be a regular pattern to confirm with Manager once started
