Senior Care Assistant - Residential Care Home

West Derby in Liverpool

£ £11.60 per hour Days or Nights available

Eclypse Recruitment are looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant for a residential care home in West Derby, Liverpool.
General Residential care and for those with
Dementia.

We have full time positions available on Days or Nights.

We are seeking experienced carers with at least 2-3 years experience within a care or nursing home with minimum NVQ L2 and willing to train to NVQ L3

Typical Duties will include:

Providing highest quality of care at all times
Assist residents with their personal care
Assist residents with their physical and emotional wellbeing
Taking direction and guidance from Nursing and managerial team
Working with a team to maintain and improve on the success of the home
As Senior delegating to junior carers, leading by example, being a mentor and motivator

You will need to be confident and enthusiastic, providing motivation and energy into a caring environment.

_This is a full time position 42 hours per week working 12 hour shifts 8-8 _
£ £11.60 per hour experience/ shifts and qualifications dependent circa £25,000
