We are seeking a temporary Facilities Assistant to work for an International Law firm based near Bank tube station.

This is a temporary position reporting to the Facilities Manager and your duties will include; dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, printing, binding, scanning and laminating materials, dealing with couriers, managing stationary and office supplies, assisting with office desk moves and setting up meeting rooms, assisting with printing/copying support and site maintenance.


For this position we are ideally seeking someone who has worked within professional services background before as a facilities assistant for a minimum of 3 -6 months You must also have a professional and positive can do attitude, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, have the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities, have excellent communication skills, written and verbal, have great team work ability, maintain a calm and professional manner in high pressure situations.

The successful applicant to work shifts of either 8-5 or 10-6.

This position is to work at a company with beautiful modern offices and offers a fantastic salary and incredible benefits
