We help Dealers manage all areas of their business operations from parts and service, through to sales and finance, with innovative solutions to achieve their business objectives.
Job Overview
Initially office based, with option to move to a hybrid role. You will be a key member of the sales team. Owning sales tasks, contacting customers, providing support and proactively contributing to the sales achieved by the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Point of contact for Account and Business Development Managers including other departments
- Review all sales tasks and complete owned tasks
- Maintain an acceptable sales response time by following up enquiries and leads promptly
- Handle all inbound sales calls, record details, generate sales orders, proactively follow up on calls to customers
- Responsible for producing/providing input for sales reports: Daily Margin, monthly, and quarterly reports as well as other ad hoc reports when required
- Contribute to maintaining accurate CRM system updates using Salesforce and our inhouse system
- Responsible for sales administrative tasks including quotations and driving sales opportunities
- Gain an understanding of our customer base to enable efficient resolution of their enquiries
- Work with other departments and build sustainable relationships through open communication.
- Maximise our recurring revenue by ensuring that maintenance fees are accurately applied to quotations and contracts where applicable.
- Produce and maintain sales documents and files
- Play an active role in sales meetings.
- Occasionally visit customers and attend trade shows with the rest of the sales team
- Provide cover for admin staff in other departments as required
- Become involved in adhoc tasks as required.
Who you are:
Essential - Good level of competency in Excel as well as being competent in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Essential - Resourceful and effective, even when things are complicated and uncertain
Essential - Experience within a dynamic, fast-paced organisation
Essential - Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
Desirable - High level of numeracy with the ability to collate figures and build regular sales reports
Desirable - A level or equivalent experience and skills required
Desirable - Previous experience within a software company is an asset
Desirable - Experience with CRM systems is an asset
Desirable - Knowledge of hardware (PCs, Servers) and software systems and how they work
