X2 Recruit are looking for a Transport Advisor for our Client in Southampton.A works laptop and headphones will be provided. This role requires to work from the civic offices 2-3 days a week or more if required.
The role is placed within the home to school transport team which is especially busy during term time. The office is open from and staff may be required to cover early morning or late afternoon rotas.
Provide safe, efficient and effective client travel services ensuring high customer service standards are maintained.
For the coordination/procurement of client travel services in the most cost effective manner in line with agreed policies and procedures.
Answer internal/external enquiries and resolve problems related to the services provided dealing with demanding and dissatisfied customers in a polite and sensitive manner.
Deal with requests to change, cancel and replace lost passes/smartcards and use address alerts to check continued eligibility to transport.
Manage the school transport privilege place scheme, ensuring renewal reminders are sent and payments are collected

£11.80 per hour
