Impcross are currently looking for a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk

We are a family run business in the Aerospace industry, based just outside of Stroud.

You will be reporting to the HR & Office Manager.


Duties required:

  • Daily processing supplier's invoices and credits
  • Resolving queries with suppliers
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Opening and updating suppliers accounts
  • Preparing payments runs
- uploading sales invoices onto Sage

  • Covering of telephones
  • Filling of documents
  • One off tasks as requested by management


The above list is not exhaustive and other tasks may be allocated as part of continued improvements to the department.


You will thrive in this role if:

  • You have good knowledge of Sage 50
  • Bookkeeping experience min 2 years
  • You have excellent communication skills (Suppliers, HMRC, colleagues)
  • You are organised with excellent problemsolving skills, multitask, work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines
30 hours per week, 5 days a week. Ideally 8.30am to 2.30pm but can be flexible.

£24,000 - £27,000 pro rata
