Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a unique opportunity to join a Global recognised organisation as a Finance Business Partner, working with senior stakeholders and other senior managers in the company.

Paying upto £65,000, 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Company Bonus upto 8%, up to 12% company pension contribution, Hybrid working, onsite parking plus employee discounts and gym benefits.

What you'll be doing:

Business Partner to improve business performance e.g. recommend actions for underperforming areas of the business or maximise opportunities where over performance is achieved.
Undertake regular engagement with business stakeholders to understand trading dynamics in each part of the business and positively influence performance through provision of expertise, opinion and challenge.
Utilise and simplify key management information accurately and on time to enable the business to achieve its targets, including core monthly reporting packs, deal tracking and financial analysis.
Evaluate Deal performance recommended commercial terms in line with company targets and strategy, highlight risks and opportunities.
Improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and prevent duplication, including automation. Maintain controls to ensure that reporting processes are robust and reliable, taking corrective action to prevent and resolve issues.
Measure and track performance against business case, identifying risks and opportunities.
Develop financial planning and forecasting including KPI for the SME business
