Job summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Head Office on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you will take ownership of reception services, facilities management, health and safety compliance,

and the overall office environment- ensuring it runs smoothly,
professionally,
and efficiently at all times.
  • You will bring proven experience managing front-of-house and facilities teams,
  • working closely with suppliers,
  • contractors, and internal stakeholders.
