The role?

A new exiting role has arisen in our QHSE department here at EnerMech for a Senior Quality Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

This role will be reporting directly to the HSE Manager and be responsible for providing Quality leadership and direction, and to champion the development of the company quality standards to ensure a robust integrated management system is applied across the Region.

Other main duties and responsibilities will include;

Lead the Quality element of Client audits and support Business Support Units (BSU) and Service Lines during the audit
Lead the Quality element of Certification audits and support Business Support Units (BSU) and Service Lines during the audit
Ensure products and services are delivered to company recognised quality procedures
Provide monthly Quality Performance reports
Be proactive in quality incident prevention
Conduct RCA on quality incidents and audit findings, both internal and external related
Carry out and interpret trend analysis, suggesting solutions to challenges
Manage the quality aspect of the internal audit program, ensuring audits are managed and conducted
