    Permanent National Employability Tutor

    We are seeking a qualified and experienced National Employability Tutor to work with us on a permanent basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering training and support to candidates across the country.

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Safeguarding: Ensure the well-being and safety of all candidates while they are participating in our program.
    • Establishing a Safe Environment: Create and maintain a secure and respectful atmosphere for both staff and candidates.
    • Training Delivery: Design and implement effective training sessions that cater to the diverse needs of our candidates.
    • Candidate Support: Provide guidance, encouragement, and support to help candidates achieve their goals.
    • Transport Requirements: Hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle for travel.

    The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and candidates. A degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, social work, or a related discipline) is required. In addition, experience working with vulnerable populations and knowledge of employability programs would be highly advantageous.

    Salary Information:

    We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. This rate may vary based on location and other factors.
