Intro
S&P Manufacturing is currently looking to recruit a Paint Sprayer on behalf of an existing client in Leeds.

Ideally, we're looking for someone who can move quickly as our client is extremely busy with order confirmed for the rest of the year.


About our client


The company we represent is an established and highly reputable design and fit client, who works on anything from rollouts to bespoke solutions for clients within retail, leisure and experiential spaces, and they take spraying seriously.

So much so, they have dedicated spraying areas, flash-off area, and automatic spray line.

They are looking to add a highly effective and competent sprayer who is looking for a new challenge and will thrive on variety.


What you will be doing

  • Preparing timber ready for spraying sanding and prepping panels and products.
  • Spray items, including priming and top coating to a High-Quality Finish.
  • Spraying with different lacquers (waterbased, AC, PU, firerated).
  • Snag your own work.
  • Keep stock levels.
  • Someone with experience of spraying and ideally experience spraying furniture, timber products, point of sale or vm products.
  • Must have a great eye for detail.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Someone with good communication and the ability to work on your own or with others when needed.
  • Someone with excellent organisational skills.

What's on offer

  • Up to £14 per hour starting salary dependant on experience. Overtime is paid at 1.2 40 hours per week spread over core hours Monday to Friday.
