The role of HR Data Analyst is a great opportunity to add value to both your colleagues in the HR function and to the wider business, liaising with key stakeholders to understand key challenges and provide HR reporting solutions that provide valuable insightinto HR trends and areas of concern.

Working with a Global scale manufacturing business with multiple sites, you will be given the chance to work flexibly mianly from home and manage your own diary when making occasional site visits to discuss reporting requirements.


Key Accountabilities

  • Analyse and report on key people date, making best use of systems and providing meaningful data presented within required formats. Ie. Dashboards etc
  • Develop a key understanding of your stakeholders requirements and drive valuable insights from the intergation of people data
  • Be hands on in providing recommendations for improvements to process and simplfying and automating reporting processes, to involve training end users on reporting tools.

Skills and Experience requirements

  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Strengths and confidence in data analysis with a natural curiosity to understand the 'bigger picture' and key HR and business challenges.
  • Effective communication, written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships within large scale business with multiple sites
  • HR Data Analyst experience is preferred however strong Analysts with transferrable experience and a keen interest in HR will be considered
  • Experience using SAP Success Factors and/or Kronos is highly advantageous
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites on an adhoc basis
