Are you immediately available? Can you commit to a 3 month contract? Are you a all round administrator?
The successful administrator will play a key role in supporting the business through consistent delivery of customer service. You will be supporting different areas within the business including Finance, Customer Services and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- General office filing and paperwork
- Answering customer calls and liaising with the Management team
- Raising purchase orders for suppliers
- Supporting the accounts payable department
Who we are looking for:
- Team Player
- Excellent communicator
- Proficient working with MS Office
- Accounts experience (desirable)
- Previous experience working as a Administrator
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
