Jackson Hogg are currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner for a fantastic professional services company based in Newcastle.
Job Purpose
- To assist the Head of Talent Acquisition in delivering an internal recruitment service across all Service Lines;
- To help design and deliver recruitment campaigns across the firm;
- To reduce the companies spend on agency fees where possible.
Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition your Principal accountabilities and responsibilities will be:
Job Management
- Managing end to end process of all assigned roles in line with Head of Talent Acquisition views;
- Supporting with the approval process for roles to ensure early advertising;
- Supporting Managers / Partners on long list / short list;
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data in line with business needs;
- Supporting with the Chartered Recruitment process;
- Assisting with adhoc recruitment lead tasks in line with the People Team Strategy.
Client, Internal and External Organisational Contact
- Fully utilising technologies in place to ensure visibility across the firm;
- Supporting the effective delivery of a high performing recruitment service.
Internal Financial Management & Business Planning
- Understanding and working proactively towards achieving own contribution to the People Team's objectives;
- Understanding and working proactively towards achieving own contribution to the Firm's People Strategy;
- Managing own workload in accordance with deadlines set and raise any concerns about meeting deadlines with the Head of Talent Acquisition.
New Business Development
- To develop excellent business partnering relationships within the business.
