An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Administration team based in Bolton.


The overall purpose of the role is to provide high levels of service to our internal and external customers as well as being the first point of contact for reception and catering.

This will be a general business services role but is a fantastic opportunity to learn a variety of skills across business administration and catering.

Initially this role is for ad hoc temporary cover. Hours of work are flexible and will be reviewed on a weekly basis.

The role

  • Providing administrative support.
  • Providing holiday cover for our two part time receptionists.
  • Answering calls from a busy switchboard and directing accordingly.
  • Meeting and greeting customers.
  • Allocating and sorting post.
  • Providing refreshments for meetings, ordering lunches and ordering catering stock.
  • Keeping the catering area generally clean and tidy.
  • Keeping catering stocks to minimum levels.
  • Providing support to the general administration teams in preparing for company events.
  • General ad hoc duties as and when required.

The Person

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility to cover several temporary assignments.
  • Willing to work across several departments.
  • Good communication skills.
