About the Role:

Goldington Avenue Surgery, Bedford, are recruiting a Patient Services Administrator to work full time from 10.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Please come and work with our brilliant team - you will love working with us and our patients, and team is everything for us.

We work together and support each other. This isn't the easiest job, but is really interesting and motivating when we are helping our patients.

Previous experience isn't necessary, and who you are is the most important factor.

This is a varied and challenging role, but is also rewarding when we can see how we are able to help our patients when they need us the most, but also to improve their overall health.

We are recruiting into our Patient Services team and are looking for someone that has great communication skills, and wants to improve the health outcomes of our patients by working closely with our clinical team.

We want you to come and work with us if you enjoy working with the public, have strong communication skills, can adapt to change, and have good technology skills (as all of our work is PC based).

Previous experience in general practice is not needed, we are more interested in who you are, and how you will support our patients.

Full training will be provided
