We work within the infrastructure and environmental sectors is extremely well respected and puts us at the forefront of supporting various clients across multiple sectors ranging from small single projects to extremely large multi-disciplined regeneration schemes.


With your talent and knowledge of working within the urban regeneration and infrastructure sectors, we will encourage you to drive the department forward whilst also supporting the wider teams on project sectors we are currently involved in; which will include large scale masterplans, mixed-use, leisure, retail, heritage-based redevelopment, infrastructure works, strategic land schemes, tall buildings and industrial & logistics facilities across the UK.


Bring with you a very high level of technical competency and quality of work, showing you are able to carry out your duties with mínimal supervision, together with producing good analytical, communication, interpersonal and writing skills, whilst also having the drive to develop the department and grow its headcount further.


The role will require working on a number of projects, so the ability to manage your own time and workload within tight timescales, and an ability to solve problems creatively, is critical.

**Day to day involvement will varied and include: - **- Day-to-day EIA project direction, primarily for large-scale urban development and infrastructure projects

  • Attending meetings with clients, design teams, local authorities and statutory and nonstatutory consultees
  • Leading and growing our EIA team based in the Manchester office, including undertaking performance appraisals and managing finances
  • Active member of the National EIA Senior Leadership Team
  • Managing project budgets, for internal and external teams, including invoicing
  • Preparation of fee proposals and tenders
Although we're happy to consider applicants with more or less experience, you'll ideally have qualifications, experience or skills in the following areas:

  • Able to show a demonstrable track record in managing and delivering proportionate EIA on complex sites in the UK,
  • A member of a relevant professional body, such as IEMA
  • Positive and proactive in your approach, with a keen eye for detail and the drive to be a success.
