Up to £42,000 Per Annum

A fantastic opportunity to work with a University who is investing hugely into change and transformation.

The university are looking for a Change Manager to help the culture of the Team ensuring everyone adopts the change without resistance within and towards the projects.

You will be focusing on tracking the People side of Change, working with a wide variety of stakeholders and project teams.

You will be able to identity and lead project change activities, collaborating with the team and stakeholders to identify any problems or concerns and work together to achieve suitable outcomes.


  • Evidence their experience within Change Management
  • Have a Change Management Certification or Relevant Experience
  • Be able to communicate effectively with all levels of Stakeholders
  • Have a solid understanding of how people go through change
  • Higher Education experience is not essential
  • Be able to build strong and positive relationships
