I have partnered with one of Europes largest and fastest growing MSP's and we are on the look out for an outstanding 1st
line engineer to provide support to a wide variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with requests and incidents remotely, using technologies such as Microsoft 10, Office 365, and Windows Server 2019/2022

Support the main Service Desk Team and prioritise tickets efficiently

Handle escalated service requests and keep clients informed of progress
:

Monitor clients' IT systems via monitoring software and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:

Positive attitude and good communication skills

Ability to work well in a team

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Previous experience in IT helpdesk support, with knowledge of Microsoft platforms and other IT systems.
