Attend the club on allocated shifts and ensure Bar manager is informed of any potential absences (i.e Holidays etc) in a timely manner

Dispense requested drinks and ensure Bar 'front end' stock is maintained (shelves and fridge)
Change barrels (Keg and Cask) when required during shifts. Liaise with and inform the Bar Manager of any identified issues within the Bar, Cellar and internal premises that the Bar Manager should be aware of including depleting stock
During allocated shifts, ensure that Bar Procedures (in particular cash processing) are adhered to and that any issues are immediately bought to the attention of the Bar manager
Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the premises when time permits when on duty inbetween the normal cleaners duties

Present a friendly and welcoming demeanour to members and their guests at the Bar

Currently have a regular Saturday shift available 6pm to 11pm with the possibility of other shifts (earlies and lates) in the new year or to backfill for holidays and sickness.
