Accounts and Administration Assistant
PB Tyres (UK) LLP
We are looking to recruit an Accounts and Sales Administration Assistant to join our busy and successful family owned business based on the southern outskirts of Milton Keynes.
The successful applicant will be required to work in all areas of the business supporting the management in a variety of accountancy, administrative and clerical tasks.
Key responsibilities will be general bookkeeping and office administration to include:
- Bookkeeping and accounts
- Pricing and invoicing
- Data entry
- Reporting on Excel
- Purchase ledger, statement reconciliation and credit control
- Filing and various ad hoc office duties
The individual we are looking for would ideally have the following experience and attributes:
- Bookkeeping and accounts
- Demonstrable previous experience in a similar role.
- Sage Line 50, Excel and Word experience
- Excellent numerical skills
- Methodical and thorough with a good eye for detail
- Confident, enthusiastic, conscientious and reliable
- Must work well under pressure under your own initiative and as part of a team
What we offer in return:
- £24,000+ depending on experience
- 20 days annual holiday + Bank Holidays
- Contributory Pension Scheme
Please note that we are located in a rural location away from public transport routes therefore own transport will be required
Hours Of Work:
Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm

£24,000.00 per year
