Regional Sales Team Manager


We're looking for a Regional Sales Team Manager to manage our high performing London sales team selling in the field.

Working closely with our Sales Director you will be responsible for helping your team to achieve growth targets and coaching them on bestpractise.

The Regional Sales team works closely with potential salon partners selling our software (Treatwell Pro).

The team is responsible for prospecting, selling and helping onboard the new partners with the help of the training team.


You will be responsible for:


  • Managing a team of Regional Sales Leads selling 'in the field' to ensure market coverage, pipeline development and sales targets are met/exceeded
  • Executing and A/B testing the strategy for lead generation and sales process through the use of specialised tools and channels
  • Hiring, onboarding and training Regional Sales Leads
  • Help to fine tune the onboarding process for new team members
  • Developing a high performing Sales team, with a strong focus on coaching and development of individual reps
  • Communicating targets/KPIs and developing plans with individual reps to ensure results are delivered
  • Identifying key metrics that would identify success within the team and monitor the performance of these metrics.

About you:


  • You have experience leading a sales team selling a B2B software solution in the field
  • Can provide evidence of consistently delivering on team targets and KPI's
  • You possess a strong focus on business development and sales processes; making them more efficient and driving improvements using data driven evidence
  • You have experience hiring, onboarding and training sales professionals
  • You posses a proactive mindset, enjoy problem solving and are solutionfocused
  • An excellent teacher and communicator, with proven success in developing individuals
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • You have a winning mentality and never settle for anything less than your team's personal best
