The Project Technical Lead provides leadership and technical guidance on both on-premises and Cloud projects. This position is full-time and part of the Document Management team.Role and Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead the technical planning and design for DM projects both on-premises and in the Cloud
- Provide leadership and technical guidance related to DM projects
- Perform technical requirements throughout all phases of the projects
- Develop and lead data migrations both onpremises and in the Cloud
- Work closely with project managers to set realistic schedules and meet deadlines
- Interact directly with customers to provide technical guidance and support
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an engineer and/or a degree in technology
- 5+ years of experience as an DM Engineer
- Prior experience in a highlevel consulting or customer service role is required
- Certifications in DM specific software, such as iManage Certified Systems Engineer
- Significant experience working with the major legal specific document management systems
- SQL Installation and configuration
- Ability to write intermediate to complex SQL queries
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to interact in a professional manner with clients in both written and verbal communications
