Data Protection Officer In-house | Financial Services A dynamic and fast-growing provider of corporate fiduciary and regulatory services is seeking a highly skilled mid-level attorney to take on a dual role as Privacy Counsel and Data Protection Officer.
Responsibilities
- Own and define the organisation s global data protection framework
- Monitor compliance with applicable data protection privacy laws across all jurisdictions
- Design maintain and enforce data protection information security policies procedures privacy notices
- Advise on oversee Data Protection Impact Assessments DPIAs including mitigation remediation strategies
- Partner closely with IT operational teams on access controls security measures
