A leading trade association that's synonymous with delivering excellence has an opening for a Membership Administrator to join their team initially on a temporary basis.
Overview:
Offering support and guidance to members mostly within the retail and manufacturing arena, our client is a well-established trade federation that has a history spanning over a century.
Operating nationally and headquartered in Birmingham, they are proud of the service they deliver, proven by their increasing membership numbers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide key administration support for all membership services
- Ensure members are able to access support and guidance provided by the association
- Deliver an excellent level of service to all members, handling general queries and escalating complaints when required
- Process membership cancellations, gathering information relating to their reasons for leaving
- Maintaining and updating the CRM with relevant information on members and their accounts
Experience:
- A strong Administrator with exceptional administration skills
- Experience withing membership administration would be advantageous but not essential
- Operationallydriven, enjoys working within guidelines and implementing new processes and procedures
- Experience in using CRM systems with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Confident in carrying out research, analysing findings and producing insightful reports
- Possesses good project management and organisation skills
- Boasts a keen eye for detail
Working hours

- Salary guide: £ £13.00 per hour
- Officebased with flexibility to work from home
- Temporary contract with a view to be made permanent
