Offering support and guidance to members mostly within the retail and manufacturing arena, our client is a well-established trade federation that has a history spanning over a century.

Operating nationally and headquartered in Birmingham, they are proud of the service they deliver, proven by their increasing membership numbers.

• Provide key administration support for all membership services
• Ensure members are able to access support and guidance provided by the association
• Deliver an excellent level of service to all members, handling general queries and escalating complaints when required
• Process membership cancellations, gathering information relating to their reasons for leaving
• Maintaining and updating the CRM with relevant information on members and their accounts

• A strong Administrator with exceptional administration skills
• Experience withing membership administration would be advantageous but not essential
• Operationallydriven, enjoys working within guidelines and implementing new processes and procedures
• Experience in using CRM systems with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Confident in carrying out research, analysing findings and producing insightful reports
• Possesses good project management and organisation skills
• Boasts a keen eye for detail

• Salary guide: £ £13.00 per hour

• Officebased with flexibility to work from home
• Temporary contract with a view to be made permanent
