Logistics Operative Position at Rendall & Rittner (Kidbrooke Village, London, SE3)
**Location - Kidbrooke Village (London, SE3)
Working Hours - 4 days on, 4 days off
Salary - £25,000 per annum
Contract - Permanent**

Your working environment?
This role will be based at a development located at Kidbrooke, South East London. The development consists of 1500 luxury residential homes and is located less than a 10-minute walk from Kidbrooke Station.

Kidbrooke Village provides 86 acres of new parklandand open space and has been awarded the prestigious 'Sir David Attenborough Award' for Enhancing Biodiversity.

you'll be a someone who cares passionately about creating a positive, clean and safe environment for residents, guests and your team.

you'll be a true expert in customer service, who uses this to engage, communicate and inspire others.

you'll help to ensure the safety of all residents, guests and staff at the development throughout your shifts by reporting any defect or health and safety concerns.

you'll have experience overseeing the deliveries and collections

you'llhave a great eye for detail and experience carrying out regular development inspections, cleaning and maintenance (externally and internally).

your team matters to you, you support them, work together and build strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors
