Reporting to the
Service Sales Director, the
Senior Sales Coordinator will support the Technical and Commercial Management in developing a standardisation of our service offerings, costings and commercial Terms & Conditions.

Through these developments, the
Senior Sales Coordinator will support our offerings of Service Sales, Long-Term Service Agreements new bids, and Long-Term Service Agreements renewals across the Europe & UK region.


This position can be based from Madrid, or any of our Front-Offices across the UK & Europe.

Duties include;

  • Preparing commercial quotes or bid for tenders, ensuring they're fully in line with our best commercial practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) Commercial Manager to support on the standardisation of Terms & Conditions in the region.
  • Collaborate closely with the Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) Technical Manager to understand and improve costing modelling of our LTSA proposals. Further developing the simplification of the tools and procedures, as well as the collaboration and relationship with HQ.
  • Focus on Long-Term Service Agreement (LTSA) programme cost reduction activities
  • Proactively analyse existing commercial procedures and aim for improvements and work efficiency
  • Utilise Commercial/Technical/Legal knowledge, commercial/technical/legal, to support Europe & UK LTSA Team
  • Support LTSA Sales team to establish tools to increase efficiency of work
  • Take lead as Person in Charge for the development of LTSA proposals in the LTSA Team.
  • Support & coordinate other Services departments related activities including Benchmarking, Regional evaluations and business case evaluations.

Experience needed;

  • Ideally possess a degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within Engineering. Experience of selling engineering services/ LTSA's to customers within the Power Generation/Energy Industries would be highly beneficial
  • Fluency in business English (and French and/or German desirable)
  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
  • Skilled in responding to common enquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
  • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
  • Knowledge of database software, project management software and MS Office
