Helpdesk AdminAkton has an opening for a Helpdesk Admin role in Manchester
The role of Planner monitors and administers the scheduling of works process to the Regeneration Services Engineers and operatives
- Carry out various administration tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including but not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments through Castleton Maintain
- Processing variations
- Arranging follow on appointments
- Invoice administration
- Customer Satisfaction surveys
- Liaising with client counterparts
- Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:
- Compliance with procedures and processes
- Maintain and care for all company property
- To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
- To ensure areas of work areas left clean and tidy at the end of the day
- Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
- Material coordination
- Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant documentation
- To oversee/assist in the training of new starters as required
- Any other reasonable management request
