Akton has an opening for a Helpdesk Admin role in Manchester

The role of Planner monitors and administers the scheduling of works process to the Regeneration Services Engineers and operatives

  • Carry out various administration tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including but not limited to:
  • Scheduling appointments through Castleton Maintain
  • Processing variations
  • Arranging follow on appointments
  • Invoice administration
  • Customer Satisfaction surveys
  • Liaising with client counterparts
  • Assist with the adherence to the Company quality standards including:
  • Compliance with procedures and processes
  • Maintain and care for all company property
  • To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
  • To ensure areas of work areas left clean and tidy at the end of the day
  • Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
  • Material coordination
  • Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant documentation
  • To oversee/assist in the training of new starters as required
  • Any other reasonable management request
