GKR is delighted to be exclusively recruiting for our client, one of London's leading estate agents. The role is based in Central London and they are looking for a Lettings Negotiator.

With over 50 years of business, our client is thriving and due to their success they are looking to grow their team.

Main duties:

Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their search criteria
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
A focus on generating new and repeat business.
Calling applicants on the database

What we need in you:

At least 12 months in a Negotiator role in London
You will be dealing with a lot of different cultures as clients, so a good communicator is required
Good personality to gel with close knit team
Team player
