Description

Working as part of the team you will be responsible for the development and introduction of new interior trimmed products and manufacturing processes.

You will work to achieve customer requirements whilst ensuring manufacturability and maintaining quality standards.

Create car interior by developing patterns, using cutting and sewing techniques.
Liaise with program managers to produce master samples for new product introductions.
Produce patterns and create work instruction documentation and BOMs to hand over development parts into serial production assembly.
Design simple tooling, jigs and fixtures to aid and improve manufacturing.
Respond to issues in a calm and timely manner ensuring the continuation of production
Develop innovative long term solutions to maintain a high standard of quality.
Collaborate and communicate with team members at all levels of the organisation
Liaise clearly with customers and suppliers to ensure that engineering specification / requirements are met

Salary:
£17.00-£19.00 per hour
